Ingredients:
-500 g of sifted flour
-150 g cornstarch
-300g room temperature butter
-3 eggs
-13 g baking powder
-100g icing sugar

-1 can of condensed milk or Nutella
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract or 16 g of granulated vanilla sugar
-crushed roasted almond or hazelnut (optional)
Instructions:
-Put the can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker filled with water (cover the can with water), close and cook for 1 hour for caramelization.
-In a large bowl, put the butter, icing sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mix well until you get a creamy mixture.
-Powder and use your hands to incorporate all ingredients together until you get a cohesive dough.
-Make small balls (7 g) or the size of a walnut and put in the electric skillet or the shaped pan that goes to the oven.
-Mix the roasted nuts with caramel and stuff your walnut-shaped cookies.
