Home made bread good for sandwich ''matlou3''





Home made bread '' matlou3''






-300g fine semolina
-300g flour
- 25g dry yeast 
-1tsp salt
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
- about 80cl of warm water depending on the absorption of flour 
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:


-In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and the sugar in warm water and let stand until bubbles form on the surface.
-Add and whisk together the remaining salt, olive oil, semolina, and flour to form a soft dough.
-On a floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic (8-10 min).
-Spray olive oil in a bowl.
-Place the dough and grease the top.
-Cover the bowl with a clean towel and place in a warm place. Let the dough rise  (30 min).
- Divide the dough into 4 balls and let stand for 15 min.
-Flatten the balls on a floured surface, place them on a clean dry towel dusted with semolina or flour and cover them with a clean towel, let rise (30 min).
-Heat your cast iron dish or frying pan.
-Cook over medium heat and turn the bread on both sides.
