Breaded broccoli fries

Breaded broccoli fries







Ingredients:


-800 g Broccoli
-200 g flour
-2 eggs
- salt, black pepper
-2 garlic cloves
-1/2 teaspoon turmeric


Instructions:

- Cut the broccoli into pieces.
-Put in a pot; cover with salted water, then add turmeric, pepper, and garlic. 

-Slowly bring to a boil and boil briskly for 7 minutes. 
-Carefully remove the water, put in a colander, and cool under the cold water tap. 
 -Beat the egg  with salt and pepper. 
 - Dip the broccoli in the flour,  then in the egg mixture, after that, in the flour again or  breadcrumbs; coat it well. 

- Fry the broccoli in hot oil over medium heat, then  remove  and drain them on paper towels.
