Meat roll
- 250 gr ground beef meat
- 1 minced onion
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 raw egg
- 70 gr grated cheese
- salt, black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- dried mint
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 3 chopped sprigs of parsley
Instructions:
-In a bowl, put the meat and season it with salt, black pepper, coriander, mint, garlic, olive oil, grated cheese, parsley, and the raw egg and let stand for a while.
-Put on top of a plastic wrap the seasoned beef and mash it with the palm of your hand until it becomes a flat surface.
-Take the hard-boiled eggs and put them on top of the meat and roll it using the plastic wrap so that the eggs are well enclosed inside. Put the meat roll in aluminum foil, making sure not to leave a hole. Place in a dish and bake in the oven, preheated to 190 ° C, for 30 minutes.
