Potato Gratin







Ingredients:


- 8  Potatoes 

-30 gr of Butter
- 1 glass of Milk
- 200 gr of Mozzarella
- 1 minced onion 
-2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 500 gr minced meat 
-1.5 tbsps tomato puree
-salt and pepper 
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme 
-Chopped parsley


Instructions:


1 - Cook the potatoes in a saucepan full of boiling water for 15 min. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them well. Add butter and milk and mash them.
 2 -In a saucepan, put a little olive oil  and Sauté the minced onion and chopped garlic over medium heat. When the onions are translucent, add the minced meat and the tomato puree. 
3 - Season with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika, and simmer for 10 min. 
4 - In a gratin pan, spread the minced meat.
5 - Place the mashed potatoes on top of  the ground meat.
6 - Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
7 - Bake your potato gratin in a preheated oven (380 degrees F) until golden brown.
