Brownies





Ingredients:


- 150g melted dark chocolate
-140g  melted butter
- 3 eggs
-70g sugar
- 8 g granulated vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-pinch of salt
-2 tbps  almond powder
- 2tbps cocoa powder
-75g  all-pupose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:


-Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a pan.
-whisk in a large bowl the eggs, vanilla and sugar.
-Add the melted butter and whisk for 1 min.
-whisk in melted chocolate until smooth.
- Stir in flour, cocoa, almond powder, and salt using a spatula until smooth.
-Pour into the pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25 min.
- let cool before slicing the brownies.
