Grilled salad ''mechouia''

                                               Grilled Salad




Ingredients:

-4 tomatoes
-6 green peppers 

-1 onion 
-4 garlic cloves 
-olive oil 
- salt
-tuna
-olives
-1egg


Instructions:

- Place the peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic on a baking sheet in the oven and grill them (for a tasty flavor you'd better grill them on a barbecue). 

- Once the vegetables are grilled on all sides, peel the tomatoes and peppers and remove the seeds. Peel the onions and the garlic cloves as well. 

- Chop them or blend them for 6 seconds. 

- Add salt and olive oil and stir them. 

- Garnish with tuna and olives.
