Vanilla cream dessert
Ingredients:
-500 ml of milk
-4 tablespoons sugar
-3 tablespoons cornstarch
-2 egg yolks
-8 g granulated vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons geranium water
-toasted nuts
Instructions:
-In a pot, mix the milk, starch, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla, put it on the stovetop over low-medium heat and stir constantly.
- Once the cream thickened, add the geranium water and stir for 1 min, then remove from the heat.
-Pour the cream in small bowls and let it cool for a few minutes.
-Garnish with roasted nuts and serve.
N.B: if the cream is too thick just stir in some room temperature milk until you have the consistency you like.
