Ingredients:
-400g carrots
-2 Tbsp chopped parsley
-4CS olive oil
-1CS harissa (you can replace it with paprika)
-ground coriander

Instructions:
-Start by cooking the carrots in boiling salted water. When they are cooked, drain them well and mash them with a fork.
-Take a frying pan and sauté for a few moments garlic with the crushed carrot, oil, and carrot, and add the spices.
-Garnish with boiled egg, olives, and parsley and serve.
