Sorgho cream Bouza dro3




Bouza dro3 is a typically Tunisian sweet treat served during the holy month of Ramadan. As known, sorghum originates in Africa and Asia. The  cereal plant seeds are highly rich in carbohydrates and contain protein, calcium, iron, and vitamin B1. If you have sorghum at home or you can fetch it in a local store, don't hesitate to try this recipe. Don't miss out on such a unique flavor.


Ingredients:

-700 ml of  water
-130 g sorghum flour
-6 tablespoons sugar (add as much sugar as you want)
-2 tablespoons of   geranium water
-roasted nuts



Instructions:


-In a casserole, combine the water and the sorghum flour and place it over medium heat and stir constantly with a wooden spatula to prevent it from sticking.
-When the cream begins to thicken, add the sugar and geranium water.stir again until you reach the desired consistency (neither too liquid nor too compact.just creamy)
-Let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with roasted nuts and serve warm.
