Roast chicken ''poulet roti''

Roast chicken



Ingredients:

- garlic
-room temperature butter
-olive oil
-rosemary and thyme
-salt
-black pepper
-turmeric
-pinch of paprika
-a touch of lemon

Instructions:
-Pat dry the chicken with a paper towel.
-Combine all ingredients together and rub all over the chicken, under the skin and the cavity with a generous amount.
-Stuff the squeezed lemon half, herbs and garlic into the chicken cavity.
-Let it stand in room temperature for 1 hour to absorb the seasoning.
-Roast the chicken until cooked (1 hour 30 min 360 F/180 C ).
-Broil until golden and crispy.
