Mini pizzas




There is no better than homemade pizza dough. You can make tons of bites for your parties and family gatherings.


Ingredients:
pizza dough:

-500g all-purpose flour

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

-1tablespoon of room temperature butter

-1 teaspoon of salt

-pinch of sugar

-10 g of dry yeast

-5 g baking powder

-a glass of warm water

-warm water



pizza sauce:

2 tomatoes cut into cubes+ 1tbs tomato paste+ +paprika+garlic+salt+black pepper+oregano+rosemary



Instructions:



-In a large bowl, put the flour, yeast, baking powder, salt, and butter and mix
-Add warm milk and mix.

-Add warm water and knead with the dough hook or by hand for 5 min.

-Oil a bowl lightly with oil and place the dough, coat the top with oil and cover the bowl with a plastic wrap or dry towel. Let rise 1 hour.

-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

-Once risen, flatten the dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin.

-Cut 18-20 rounds using a round cutter.

-Top each with pizza sauce, cheese, and any other topping, then bake them for 8-10 min.

-Garnish with tuna, olives, and pepper.
