• 2 celery stalks
• A handful of coriander leaves
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
•A pinch of salt 


Recipe:

1. Roughly chop the celery stalks and toss them into the blender. 
2. Toss in the coriander leaves and give it a spin. 
3. Pour the celery juice into a glass. 
4. Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
